At Twine, we are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment for all women in our community. Whether attending an event, engaging online, or collaborating as a creator, we expect all members to uphold these values.

By participating in the Twine community, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct.

1. Our Core Values

2. Community Guidelines

A. Respect & Inclusivity

  • 🌿 Treat all members with kindness and respect.
  • 🌿 Celebrate diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • 🌿 No discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or bullying will be tolerated.
  • 🌿 It’s ok to have an opposing opinion, be mindful of how you share it.
  • 🌿 Be mindful of different communication styles and cultural backgrounds.

B. Professionalism & Ethical Behavior

  • 🌿 Represent yourself and your business honestly.
  • 🌿 Honor your commitments to collaborations, events, and agreements.
  • 🌿 Avoid self-promotion in spaces not designated for it.
  • 🌿 Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members.

C. Event & Engagement Etiquette

  • 🌿 Show up with an open mind and positive energy.
  • 🌿 Be present and engaged—phones down (unless it’s to snap a photo!), connections up!
  • 🌿 Respect event hosts, speakers, and fellow attendees.
  • 🌿 If you RSVP, honor your commitment or provide notice if plans change.

D. Business & Networking Conduct

  • 🌿 Approach networking with a spirit of giving, not just taking.
  • 🌿 Do not pressure members into business transactions or solicitations.
  • 🌿 If engaging in partnerships, ensure fairness, clarity, and mutual benefit.
  • 🌿 Honor intellectual property rights—give credit where credit is due.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy

Twine does not tolerate:

  • 🚫 Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
  • 🚫 Aggressive sales tactics or spammy behavior.
  • 🚫 Defamation or false accusations against members.
  • 🚫 Any conduct that disrupts the positive spirit of the community.
  • Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from Twine without a refund for paid memberships.

4. Reporting & Conflict Resolution

We encourage members to report concerns about conduct violations. Reports will be handled with confidentiality and care.
