What’s better than fresh air, good conversation, and a little movement with your favorite community members?
Join Twine for Sweat-working Walk & Talk around Lake Murray! This is a casual, high-vibe way to connect with other women while also getting outside, moving your body, and sparking fresh inspiration.

Here’s the plan:

• We’ll meet at main gate Lake Murray.
• Together we’ll walk 3–4 miles at a conversational pace. Perfect for both connection and exercise
• Along the way you’ll meet new women, deepen connections with familiar faces, and walk away with ideas, encouragement, and maybe even a new accountability buddy.

Event Details:

• Lake Murray: 5540 Kiowa Drive, La Mesa, CA 91942 (Double check to make sure this is directing you from Lake Murray Blvd to the main parking lot. Not the area near the baseball field. It’s also not a bad idea to direct yourself to the Starbuck on that corner (5416 Lake Murray Blvd, La Mesa, CA 91942) and then taking Kiowa Drive into the recreation area. I generally park in the upper lot! 
• Grab an optional pre-walk drink
• 3–4 miles, brisk, conversational pace
