When Suna Kabadayi talks about style, she isn’t talking about trends or fast fashion—she’s talking about power. With 20+ years of global experience in executive image consulting, cultural integration, and media presence, Suna helps high-achieving women transform the way they show up in the world through personal style, energetic alignment, and mindful branding.

Her signature approach, Decoding Visibility, helps women in transition find confidence and strategic alignment in the way they present themselves both personally and professionally.

From the Corporate Game to Game-Changer

Suna began her career in Turkey, working in a high performing corporate environment, managing global brands. But the deeper she got into the system, the more she realized it wasn’t the game she wanted to play.

“I didn’t hate the players, but I hated the game,”

So she left it behind to create her own. What followed was a global career that took her from Istanbul to Salt Lake City, to New York, and eventually to San Diego. Along the way, she became certified in image consulting, executive coaching, color science, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. She weaves all of it into her work today.

Rebuilding From the Ground Up

When Suna moved to San Diego, she wasn’t just starting a business. She was rebuilding a life—with no network, no family, and a young daughter to raise.

“I had to start from scratch. New culture, new community, new everything,”

But she kept showing up with curiosity and intention.

“If I’m afraid of something, I try to find a way to fall in love with it,” 

That mindset helped her rebuild her business and her confidence in a new city, and now she helps other women do the same.

More Than a Stylist

Suna doesn’t consider herself a fashion influencer.

“I’m not here to sell. I’m here to serve. Personal style isn’t about consumption—it’s about clarity and expression.”

Through one-on-one virtual sessions and her signature three-month program, Decoding Visibility, she works with women navigating transitions—whether it’s a career change, motherhood, divorce, or a shift in identity.

“My mission is to help women use style as a strategy to show up with confidence and intention. I want them to see themselves the way the world should see them.”

What She’s Building Now

Suna recently rebranded as Suna Style Edit and is simplifying her offerings to make her services more accessible. Whether it’s a 45-minute virtual styling session or a full brand embodiment journey, she meets women where they are.

She’s also building out a private membership circle for past clients and planning collaborative events with other women-led communities.

“I’m always asking questions. I’m always curious. And I’m always looking for ways to serve more deeply.”
