Jules Marchisio has never been afraid to try something new. She calls herself a “multifaceted entrepreneur,” a title well earned through years of blending corporate experience, network marketing leadership, real estate expertise, and community building into a career that is as dynamic as it is inspiring.

“I’ve always kind of considered myself a multifaceted entrepreneur because I’m not afraid to try new things and do new things and break out. I totally believe in myself, and I think that came from the way my mom raised me.”

From Corporate Cubicles to Entrepreneurial Freedom

Jules spent her early career in corporate America, working as a project manager for more than a decade. She excelled at managing complex projects across industries, from e-learning to public safety technology. But the structure of cubicles, timecards, and limited freedom didn’t align with her vision for life.

“I remember sitting in a cube and thinking, ‘This can’t be it. This isn’t my destiny.’”

After being laid off three times in two years after relocating to San Diego, she pivoted to network marketing. There, she built a team of more than 13,000 people, spoke on stages to thousands, and earned multiple six-figure years. That chapter not only gave her income but also prepared her for the next leap into real estate.

A Real Estate Career Fueled by Networking

Three years ago, Jules transitioned into real estate, where her natural ability to connect people set her apart. She focuses on helping clients buy and sell in San Diego while building long-term relationships that extend beyond the transaction.

“Networking is my main focus. I believe it brings everything into business. Whether it’s real estate, network marketing, or community building—it’s about who you know and how many people you can help.”

Her work is fueled by the same values she carries into every venture: hard work, positivity, and collaboration.

The Rise and Thrive Community

In addition to real estate, Jules is the founder of Rise and Thrive, a women’s community designed to foster collaboration over competition. Through monthly events, she creates space for women to network, share their expertise, and support one another.

“I love when women leave an event feeling connected, lighter, and happier. Bringing people together makes me so happy. It’s what I love doing most.”

She sees community as a critical foundation for entrepreneurship, especially for women who might otherwise feel isolated. Rise and Thrive has become not only a platform for networking but also a movement that empowers women to take the stage and showcase their businesses.

Lessons in Resilience and Self-Belief

Like many entrepreneurs, Jules faced her share of naysayers. Friends and family who doubted her path and urged her toward a more “secure” career. Instead of giving up, she used the doubt as fuel.

“Most people are working their ass off building someone else’s dream. I’d rather build my own.”

Her advice to her younger self is simple: stop stressing and trust the process. She believes consistency always wins, and that surrounding yourself with the right people and mentors makes all the difference.

Today, Jules is focused on growing her real estate career and expanding Rise and Thrive. She’s building her client base, strengthening collaborations, and planning out a full year of events to spotlight more women in business. By providing a consistent calendar of interesting events for over a full year now, Jules has developed consistency with her community, which is key to building trust and engagement.
