Where We Started
Like many passion-driven ventures, Twine started as a spark, long before it had a name.
After leaving her career in corporate weight loss in 2013, our founder Teresa dove headfirst into the health and wellness space. First as an OG blogger and digital health coach. Then as the owner of a successful meal prep business serving clients across San Diego.
Both businesses were profitable and impactful, but also isolating and lonely. Like so many solo-preneurs and micro-business owners, Teresa found herself craving connection, collaboration, and a clearer path to sustainable growth.
Twine is the answer to that craving: A way to help creative women in business feel supported, seen, and empowered—with real relationships and real results.
Where We Are
We’re in an exciting growth phase. Building community from the ground up through our community socials and founder focused events.
Twine events are currently hosted in a cozy, central co-working space in Mission Valley (hello, easy to find free parking!) and are open to both founders and women who simply want to connect, discover, and grow.

The future Twine Studio will be a space to gather, create, meet, and unwind—a beautiful, functional hub where women actually want to spend time. Think: Lounge seating & cozy corners. Collaborative meeting spaces. A kitchen & bar for mid-day fuel or post-event hangs. A media studio for content creation. Unlimited coffee, sparkling water, snacks & wine (obviously).
Day passes will be available, and Monthly Members and Founders will get exclusive access and perks. Twine isn’t just a network. It’s a real life connection and growth. And you’re invited to help shape what’s next.
